No international transfers are made outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
Data will be retained:
- As long as the user keeps his or her account active or does not request its deletion.
- After deregistration, for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting and tax liabilities.
User rights
The interested party may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending a written request to [email protected] or to the address indicated, accompanied by a copy of a document accrediting their identity. Likewise, a complaint may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security measures
Abaq DMC Spain S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures – encryption of communications (HTTPS), backup copies, access controls, etc. – to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information.

Only persons 18 years of age or older may register. By creating an account, the user declares that he/she meets this requirement.
